Passengers are requested to go through all the terms and conditions before booking the tour. Once you have booked the tour it is taken for granted that you have read and understood the rules and regulations laid down by the company.

At the time of the booking every person will have to pay 40% of the amount in advance, and the remaining payment should be made in 20 days before the departure date of the tour. And if the booking is made in 20 days before Tour Departure, full payment shall be made in cash. Cheques can be accepted within this period only.

In case of cancellations of the tour by the organization for the want of sufficient number of participants the entire amount paid by the prospective participants shall be refunded by the company by cheque against receipt only. They have to make an application in writing.

The organization has sole authority to make changes in the program.

In most hotels extra bed provided constitutes the mattress with bed sheet, blanket and pillow only.

Tour program and hotel address list with telephone numbers will be given on completion of payment.

The tour organization in no circumstances be liable for: any death, personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, increase expense, consequential loss or damage or theft.

Company reserves the right to publish the passenger's photograph or group photograph without intimation or permission of the same passenger or group.

There can be an increase in the tour cost in case of hike in diesel, petrol cost etc.
